Jerky/Cookie Makin Fools

I've been wanting to make beef jerky for a LONG time but the only jerky that gets made around my house is deer...yuck! So finally we made some last night. It's so yummy!!! Now all I have to do is keep Heath out of it so he doesn't eat it all. :) This morning we made another batch and Heath put some hot sauce in it so we will see how hot it is tomorrow when it's done.
Heath went off to work this morning so Sydney and I made cookies while Trace took a nap. She loves helping and her favorite part is licking the spoons. :)
