Yesterday Sydney and I mowed and did some yard work. It was nice out in the morning but we waited to do the rest of our stuff in the evening because it was HOT! While we were finishing our mowing in the evening she discovered our mulberry tree. :) I had to tell her that they were all gone because the girl wanted to keep eating them! She was a purple mess afterwards. The picture is a little fuzzy because I took the picture with my phone.
And this would be my husband....he sliced his finger open on the sickle mower and needed stiches. I felt for him when the doctor was injecting him with the numbing stuff because that does hurt and Heath let the doctor know that it hurt as well. :) It wasn't a kid friendly language moment for Heath. :) Heath tried to convince the nurse not to give him the tetnus shot but his smooth talking didn't work this time. But 4 stiches later and a huge bandage and he is back to normal.
