This is round two of our chickens. So far so good. They are all different and so darn cute!! We have had them for about a month and Charlie actually stays far away from them. Apparently she learned her lesson.
Saturday night Heath had a rodeo in Walbach. Chambers FCCLA was having a girls night at the high school gym so the kids and I went there. They were doing makeup, hair, painting finger nails, and all sorts of fun things! Sydney got her hair braided, fingers nails painted, made some crafts, and made her very own bracelet. She was pretty proud of herself.
Trace found himself a little friend to play with, our neighbor Whitney Whitaker. Trace was trying to get a little close...holding her hand, hugging her, playing with her and then he would try pushing her in the direction he wanted her to walk. :) I think he needs to work on some smoother skills if he wants to empress the ladies.
Saturday night we had a heck of a storm move through. I spent a good portion of the day picking up sticks and putting things back in there place after the 70 MPH winds blew them else where. Ugh!
And this little guy was born today to our mare. She is the buckskin horse standing right next to her colt. Our friends the Wagner's have the mare and colt right now so we will have to take the kids over to there house soon to see the new baby colt. :) This weekend was crazy busy and next weekend will be the same way, its Tiffany's wedding!!!
