Today was the River Rat 5k in Yankton, SD. It was chilly and of course running across the bridge in the background was really chilly being over that water. But this is one of my favorite runs because it's so beautiful! Gale and I met up in Oneill at 6:30am and then we met up with Mary to head to the race. It was so nice catching up with Gale, we used to work together at the hospital. I miss her and others of course.
