We had a long weekend....Heath and I went to Sutton and sold a couple horses. They sold fair but I wish we would have been able to get more money out of our Hotrod horse, but that is the way it goes. On Saturday evening we went to Omaha and stayed in the Embassy Suites in the Old Market. We had free rooms and tickets to the River City Round Up Rodeo in Omaha. It was a great rodeo!! We saw a LOT of cowboys and cowgirls that will be in Las Vegas for the NFR. On Sunday we headed home to relax!!
Sydney stayed at Grandpa and Grandma Aspy's house. We met them on Friday night in Columbus and they took Sydney to there house. Sydney was NOT happy about going with them at first but then she calmed down and had a great time. Saturday she went to see Grandma Harms in the nursing home and spent some time with Aunt Jennifer. Uncle Todd and Jen (Todd's girlfriend) came on Friday night to spend some time with Sydney and then Todd came to the parent's house to say bye to Sydney when we were picking her up. It was a great weekend but now it is back to the grind!!
