Tonight I picked our first green bell peppers from the garden. I cut up about 6 peppers and got a half a bag to freeze. There are still plenty more little peppers to pick later on. I'm hoping that the tomatoes will turn red soon so I can make salsa....yummy!
I also made four jars of refrigerator dill pickles. I hope the family likes them, we have to wait about five days to try them. If its a success then I'm going to make more....maybe I'll make some that don't have to be refrigerated. Time will tell.
